Register of Marriage Settlements is a database of electronically collected information. It contains data about marriage contracts, spouses, marriage licenses and property.

User can get information in case if the indicated person has a contract registered in the Register of Marriage Settlements.

Legal basis for information processing is Article 6 (1) (e), (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 4.10 of the Law On the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia, Article 4 of the Freedom of Information Law and Personal Data Processing Law.

The information is made public in accordance with Articles 140 to 145 of the Civil Law.
