Power of attorney register

Power of attorney register is a state information system managed by the Latvian Council of Sworn Notaries, which provides information on notarised powers of attorney and their revocations. Ltd. "Lursoft IT", being a data processor, provides authorized users with access to the data of register about issued powers of attorney and their revocations of the period from 01.07.2018.

It has to be indicated these parameters mandatory: date and number of the power of attorney, name and surname of the notary (issuer of specific power of attorney) to find data on a specific power of attorney.

There is an opportunity to download the power of attorney file for the entries which are found in Power of attorney register. If the power of attorney has been revoked, there is also available additional data of revocation (date of revocation and link to the publication in the official publisher of the Republic of Latvia "Latvijas Vēstnesis" (vestnesis.lv)).
