Insolvency database

The insolvency database contains data on insolvency proceedings, legal protection proceedings, out-of-court legal protection proceedings, and the discharge of a natural person from debt obligations.

Insolvency is the state of the debtor established and confirmed by a court judgment, in which he is no longer able to settle his debt obligations.

In the insolvency database, it is possible to view current and historical data on insolvency processes of legal entities, data on insolvency processes of natural persons that were terminated more than a year ago are not available.

Insolvency data search

Insolvency proceedings for a specific company/natural person can be found as follows:

  1. Search for a company/natural person in Lursoft IT main search engine at the top of the page;
  2. In the list of found results, next to the corresponding result, in the "Additional data" column, select the "Insolvency proceedings" icon. The "Insolvency Proceedings" icon is displayed only for companies/natural persons with registered insolvency proceedings.

Statistics

Lursoft IT every day publishes statistics about companies’ insolvency.
