The list of sanctions includes current and historical data (from 30th December 2019). The list of sanctions provides search functionality as well as request protocoling. Companies and institutions:

ALPHABETICAL CATALOG OF LATVIAN COMPANIES contains all the registered companies in the Republic of Latvia and their addresses. Updated on-line in real time.

PUBLIC PERSONS AND AUTHORITIES LIST information about Parliament and Chancery of the President of Latvia, Courts, Prosecutions, Institutions of direct administration, Derived public persons, Institutions of indirect administration and other state institutions that are not subordinate to the Cabinet.

ALPHABETICAL CATALOG OF ESTONIAN COMPANIES the service allows you to search for Estonian companies by company name or registration number. By default, Estonian companies are listed alphabetically.

ALPHABETICAL CATALOG OF LITHUANIAN COMPANIES the service allows you to search for Lithuanian companies by company name or registration number.

ALPHABETIC CATALOGUE OF UK COMPANIES the service allows you to search for UK companies by company name or registration number.

Real Estate:

REAL ESTATE DATABASEcontains open textual data from the Cadastral Information System open text and geospatial data, data from the real estate market database, Data on sanctions applied in state-maintained registers, and auction data published by the judicial administration.
The service allows you to search for real estate by cadastral number, cadastral object identifier, or address. An authorized user additionally has the ability to select data on the area of real estate, cadastral value, a form of ownership, and other conditions for data selection.
As a result of data selection, the real estate cadastral number, address, and link to the real estate deal report are displayed.

CATALOG OF REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS The catalog includes open data from the real estate market database. Records in the real estate market information system have been registered since 2012. In the service, is possible to search for real estate purchase transactions by address or cadastral number. As a result of data selection, the real estate cadastre number, address, transaction date, and a link to a more detailed data report of the transaction are displayed. The transaction report, according to the type of transaction (transactions with groups of premises, transactions with land, transactions with land and buildings), includes the amount of the transaction, the amount of real estate sold, cadastral designations (list) of land units (within one transaction), the purpose of use of the real estate group code (NĪLM), cadastral designation of the building, type of use of the building and code, number of above-ground floors of the building, total area of the building, year of commencement of operation of the building, physical wear and tear (%) of the building, etc. data. The data is updated once a month. The data source is the State Land Service.

CLASSIFICATION OF PURPOSES OF USE OF REAL ESTATE allows you to view the classification of purposes of use of real estate (code, name, description) and real estate transactions corresponding to the code.

IN THE CLASSIFICATION OF BUILDINGS you can see the classification of buildings - code, name, description and real estate transactions corresponding to the code.

Addresses:

ADDRESS CATALOGUE allows to find Latvian companies by their location for everyone. Companies can be found by regions, cities, districts, villages, streets or geographical coordinates. Updated on-line in real time.

LITHUANIAN ADDRESS CATALOGUE allows any user to find Lithuanian companies by their location - county, municipality, senunia, city, village or street.

Person catalogue:

PERSON CATALOGUE contains all persons who have publicly available information in the Enterprise Register and other public registers. It is updated several times a day. Service available authorized users only.

Catalogue of types of activities of companies:

CATALOGUE OF TYPES OF ACTIVITIES OF COMPANIES NACE 2nd edition (NACE) classification of economic activities / industries is available in the service. The data finder shall have the possibility of searching for records according to an excerpt of the NACE code, SIC code, or code description. In the response data, according to the selected NACES code, a list of companies available in the Lursoft IT database for which information on the registered NACES code is selected. The list shows the NACE data recorded for the current year for the company. Search and functionality in SIC codes work in a similar way.
